In Week 2 this term, our Year 5 students will be heading off to camp.
Are you ready?
Please use the below link to view a list of what to pack.
Most importantly:
If your child needs to take routine medication at set times during camp eg. in the mornings/lunchtime/evenings eg. Serotide, Flixotide, Antihistamines, Nasonex etc. you need to ensure you have completed and returned a separate medication consent form for each medication they take.
If your child will be taking medications to camp to be used if required eg Panadol, Nurofen, Antihistamines etc. you also need to ensure you have completed and returned a separate medication consent form for each medication they will be taking to camp.
If you have received an email asking you to complete
additional documentation around medical conditions including
allergies/asthma, or a medication consent form, we ask you to please return these documents ASAP but no later than Wednesday 9 October. We required all documentation submitted in advance so we can organise our camp files.
Remember that ALL MEDICATIONS whether "routine" or "as needed" must have a pharmacy label attached with your child's name and dosage detailed.
On the morning of camp departure, parents will give the necessary medications to their child's class teacher.
