The incredible 'Just Be You" Program is back, as an after school program for girls in Years 3 and 4.
The workshop has been developed for pre-teens, to introduce VERY important subjects of self-esteem and self-confidence. During this workshop the following will be covered:
- What self-esteem and self-confidence is
- Discussing the importance and enormous benefits of liking yourself
- Offering simple tools to boost self-esteem
- Exploring what makes each girl unique and beautiful
- Understanding the importance of not comparing yourself to others
Cost: $30 per student
