Whole School Cross Country
The Talara Primary College's Cross Country Carnival is a great way for the whole school community to get involved.
This whole school event enables all students an opportunity to excel in long distance running. All students will be engaged in weekly training sessions prior to the day to ensure adequate physical preparation for the event. Each class will walk the course prior, allowing students to mentally prepare for their individual races.
Students should wear and bring along:
- House shirt (available from the uniform shop)
- School Shorts/Skorts or black/navy bike pants
- Appropriate footwear for running
- Sunscreen
- Named water bottle
