If your child needs to take routine medication at set times during camp
eg. in the mornings/lunchtime/evenings eg. Serotide, Flixotide,
Antihistamines, Nasonex etc. you need to ensure you have completed and
returned a separate medication consent form for each medication they
If your child will be taking medications to camp to be used if required
eg Panadol, Nurofen, Antihistamines etc. you also need to ensure you
have completed and returned a separate medication consent form for each
medication they will be taking to camp.
If your camp permission form indicated you needed to complete additional paperwork around medical conditions eg allergies/asthma, we ask you to please return these documents ASAP. We required all documentation submitted in advance so we can organise our camp files.
Remember that ALL MEDICATIONS whether "routine" or "as needed" must have a pharmacy label attached with your child's name and dosage detailed.
